Water – The Cure For What Ails You?

Many people underestimate the importance of water. Water which is a basic building block of all life. Pure and simple water is one of the keys to great health, according to archaeologist Drstudiopolis of the Egyptian Savery lamps Ancient History Research Centre in sometimes quite difficult times to get access to.

We get the water from the ground whether it is filtered or reverse osmosis and we need it for EVERY movement in our body. Movement and bathing both require water.

So, keeping good water close to us is fundamental to good health.

Maybe more importance than we realise.

“If you don’t drink, you lose weight”, is very important we are told. Drinking plenty of water is one way to reduce weight. Not only that, but the body is forced to divert much needed water and fat (that it is probably using) to our too stretched and shrunken  body in order to function correctly. Therefore, we must keep hydrated.

As the water that we get from the body is pure and good quality, so we should drink it. And the quality of the water we get from the  water supply is also very important.

Unfortunately, the water supply and our source of water is often polluted. Ours is often subjected to interruptions in hydration, which repeatedly occur, so we must replace it.

One sad fact is that most of us have become dehydrated to a great extent, but have been led to believe by some people that we are more hydrated than ever.

In reality, however, the body always retains water in it at one stage or another, and more water does not mean that we are more hydrated than ever.  It just means that more water is used than before.

The quality of the water we get from our source is very important, and if the water is contaminated, we may Polyps, which can make us ill, can result in toxins being produced, which may effect our organs.

How much water do we need?

There is no set number of glasses of water that is required, nor that it is all the water you need. Your and your spouse’s needs will be different depending on their health needs.

If you are largely sedentary and are constantly on the move, you may not need any more than 2 glasses of water per hour.  If you are active, more than that may be needed.

However, if you suffer from chronic illnesses, or are constantly on the move, then the number of glasses of water you take may be more than 2 glasses per hour.

For cancer and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), more than 6 glasses per day is the magic number for a happy life.

If you are on a plane you might also need to drink a certain amount of water during the flight, and if you are travelling to/from a place where you will be staying, then you will need to drink a certain amount of water before entering the house, and then after you leave from the house – depending on where you go to/from.

So, you may need to drink more than you drink at home, but it is likely that the amount of water you drink at home is not enough for your daily needs.  If you are constantly breaking out with perspiration due to anxiety or the hot weather, or are feeling nauseous, or having muscle cramps, or if you are constantly hungry, then you are probably not getting enough water.

It is therefore very important to drink water and lots of water.  If you are not getting enough then you will be constantly tired, and if you are thirsty you will be more than likely not drinking enough.

rehabilitation nurse said that it is a bad sign when you can’t remember things, or you forget where you put your wallet.  If you are tired it is because your body is not getting enough water.  If you are thirsty, you will drink water until your body is satisfied.  You will not remember where you put your wallet because your body is thirsty.

If you are getting enough sleep (13 to 14 hours) and plenty of refreshment (a bowl of Colon Cleansing Flush or a cool shower), then your body will be able to renew itself.  Your refreshing fruits and vegetables will help your body to revitalize itself.  This is also one of my manyother tips for better health, but for your information, the more you drink water, the healthier you will be.
